"Accidentally," petroleum storage and processing plants just happen to be located at current sea level without any thought to the consequences of climate change (or "sea level rise," if you prefer). Let me see now... I guess we can cross off Houston and Florida as possible targets for the North Koreans! These parts of the US are already periodically uninhabitable. Nothing like destroying our own country! American stupidity is America's worst enemy.
