  1. Leonard Smith Unlabeled and mislabeled food is a special concern of mine, too. We need to be aware of our intake and our personal toxic profile. I read recently that we all are carrying toxins as a result of casual exposure. While I have periodic blood tests for levels of this and that, I don't ever recall having a test for my level of arsenic or lead or mercury or radioactive isotopes, etc. We are told we humans are at the "top" of the food chain, and that critters at the top accumulate toxins from all "below" on that chain. So what have I accumulated? We monitor "endangered species" for toxins. Why not each of us? Ignorance is bliss, I suppose!
