Facts regarding atmospheric change are presented here. Too little, too late is how I would characterize human efforts to minimize the consequences. By ignoring these facts and proceeding with our status quo we can make matters worse. Abandoning fossil fuels may be helpful in "cleaning up our act." However, we will not make things better. There is no chance that we will return to the atmospheric composition of the 1700s. Climate stability is gone.
