Fracking earthquakes worldwide! Thanks to Enkidu Gilgamesh for alerting American-centric me to the fact that fracking earthquakes are occurring not just in Oklahoma, but worldwide. As fracking extraction spreads, so do the associated damaging earthquakes. Our only hope seems to be to make fracking either unnecessary or uneconomical.

Turkey is shaking!**

Since today at about 01:30 local time ( 02:30 CET) a chain of earthquakes occur in the by between of Bodrum and Datça, caused by submarine demolitions for shale gas fracking. It is not clear if the demolitions are ordered and allowed by the Turkish or Greek administration as on the west side of the big Greek island Kos. It is well known that gas exploration is ongoing under all territories of Greek and Cyprus.

It is expected that this will go on for many weeks and it is already occurring for many weeks.
